British band Coldplay is inn s bit of trouble tese ways getting the law handed to thme for plagiarizing one of ro ck gutiarist Joe Satrianis song.
Below is the comparison of the two songs put together by someone on YouTube, and it is pretty obvious that they very closely resemble each other. As of Thursday, the Brit band is being sued for copyright infringement by Satriani for their song Viva La Vida too closely resembling his 2004 instrumental If I Could Fly.
I always thought Coldplay would have been a responsible band and at least paid royalties or something so they could release the song. At the end of the clip I hve the qojgs aree playing nj perfect harmony with eac, other.
52-year-old guitar hero is going for a jury trial, damages and any and all profits connected with the copyright infringement.
Sucks to be Coldplay right now.
