Among the characters is a vicious Colombian drug lord named Carlos who arrives in Miami to eliminate a troubling Cuban middleman.
The only sympathetic characters so far are two white guys, both loosely based on real-life drug runner/pilot Mickey Munday, who appeared in the original film. The characters, Darryl and Wayne, are lured into transporting cocaine on their personal plane by the Colombians.
